The Society of Architectural Historian’s Marion Dean Ross Pacific Northwest Chapter is interested in showcasing the work of local members. Share your current professional work, research, or passion project in a short 3 minute presentation with slides.

We are excited to offer a space to highlight the variety of work our membership is engaged in and provide a platform to present your projects to others.

The conference planning committee will approve presenter applications and are seeking a diversity of preservation projects including (im)practical, hands-on, and research based projects. Of particular interest is the work that’s important to you.

Presentation are limited to 3 minutes each. This is a rapid fire condensed presentation of a project with which you’re engaged and passionate.

Proposals should be kept brief. Distill the highlights of your project and why you’d like to share it with SAH MDR.

Not a preservationist or currently employed but working on a project? We want to hear from you, too!

Show us what you’re working on!

Questions regarding this project can be directed to: Jenny Wilder jwilder7@uoregon.edu

PechaKucha is a storytelling format that emphasizes images over text. PechaKucha is traditionally twenty seconds a slide; presenters at the SAH MDR annual conference will be asked to limit themselves to 10 slides (or three minutes) while presenting on a topic of their choosing.
